My name is Damon Taseff and I am a member of the Allegro Realty Advisors team in Cleveland, Ohio.
I have spent my entire professional career consulting clients in all facets of the real estate industry, acting as a pragmatic, educated and skillful advisor. By leveraging my skill set in strategic planning, portfolio management and financial analysis to address real estate problems with practical and effective solutions, I have successfully consulted and advised a wide range of clients including private and publicly traded corporations, public sector entities and private investors.
Prior to joining Allegro, I served as Senior Finance Manager within the Strategy and Analysis Group in the Corporate Real Estate Department at Bank One in Chicago, Illinois. During this time, I was responsible for the analysis of real estate transactions within the Bank One portfolio including office, retail and operational assets. Additional responsibilities included excess asset disposition and corporate portfolio realignment resulting from the First Chicago acquisition, and asset review for pending corporate merger and acquisition targets.
I have been published and interviewed for numerous publications regarding corporate real estate trends and economic development. A few of these industry journals include Bank News, ABA Banking Journal, COSE Update, and The Economic Development Journal. I am currently Board President of the Ohio City Near West Development Corporation and a 2009 member of the Greater Cleveland Partnership’s – Build Up Greater Cleveland Board of Trustees. I am a founding member of the Young Leaders Group and currently sit on the Membership Committee of the Cleveland Chapter of the Urban Land Institute.
I earned my Masters of Business Administration from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio with a concentration in Finance. I obtained my Bachelors of Business Administration from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio with a major in Finance and Marketing. In addition, I hold a real estate license in the State of Ohio.
